"Still a Safe Place to Crash" - scrapbook layout with Ruby Rock-it
Last week over at the Ruby Rock-it blog, 3 designers were given the same list of supplies and asked to create a page. (We even had to use the same 3 patterned papers). It was fun seeing how different the pages turned out - if you'd like to see too, and maybe even try the challenge yourself, hop on over to the Ruby Rock-it blog at this post. Funny, this collection (Nostalgia) leads me to cleaner layouts - who would have thought!
Their new vellum was part of our challenge, so I chose the circles & stars design, and fussy cut a few of the circles for simple embellishments.
These kraft tags are from the Fundamentals card making line, but I like how they work as journaling spots.
Yup - this yummy flower is Ruby Rock-it, too!
Supplies (Ruby Rock-it):
PP, small letters, phrase stickers, flower, twine - Nostalgia collection
vellum, kraft tag - Fundamentals line
chipboard letters & heart - Christmas
Other Supplies:
marker - Faber-Castell PITT pen
ink - StazOn, Ranger
Labels:
1 Product 3 Ways,
Rhys,
