10 Days - Green Tara

and in stark contrast to some of my recent 'boy' pages, here's something a lot more girly.   This page features mostly Green Tara products, including the handmade paper background.  I used stencils and mists to give it a little colour.   (By the way - have you visited the Green Tara blog recently?  They've recently had a lovely new makeover, and my team mates blow me away with their talent - check it out!  Plus - don't forget to 'like' them on facebook).

I also misted the lace (which started out off-white), in both pink and silver mists.  The ivory 'cobweb' trim is its original colour - it was already perfect for the page.

I know I say this every time, but I love, love, love the flowers from Green Tara - lots of dimension and texture without overwhelming the page. (Ivory Gardenia (FDV054Iv5), White Gardenia (FDV054Wh5), Aubergine/White Apple Blossoms (FDV044Au), White Apple Blossoms (FDV044Wh5) )

The small roses come on a wire stem, which I normally trim down.  This time I wrapped a few around a paintbrush handle to make them look like part of the greenery.

I combined a couple of floral sprays with one of the beaded sprays for a little added shimmer.

I added one of the tiny roses to the title - why not?
