In my kit from Scrap Attack Scrapbooking I received this gun-metal sheet of Prism cardstock. At first I didn't think I would find a way to use it, but it turned out to work well with these photos because of the corrugated metal wall, ha!
I cut apart a large Prima pearl flourish and placed it around the flowers. This is also a great way to get more mileage from larger embellishments, as you can use it on more than one layout. As I did on a previous layout from this kit, I pulled the smaller flowers from the centres of the large white Primas, and painted them with Shimmerz.

Despite the fact that I sew, I don't think I've ever sewn a boarder around a layout before. Guess there's a first for everything. I like the look though - I think it's something that I will try again. In the top corner I used some fussy-cuts from the Cherry Arte paper, and added one of the small flowers nicked from the centre of the larger flowers.

The 'postcard' I used as a journaling block is actually from one of the Teresa Collins papers. It was still easy to print such small text, even though it's a very textured paper.
