Groovy Baby - Mon Scrapbook

Have you seen this adorable new collection from My Mind's Eye? It's called "Alphabet Soup" and there is a 'girl' version and a 'boy' version; both are as cute as can be! The collection pack includes double-sided papers and die-cuts. Mon Scrapbook also has the coordinating designer brads and printed chipboard shapes.

These are fun brads, and when you mix them with the Prima lace it creates a whole new look.

A punched and pleated border, for a little pop of orange.

More brads grouped with a chipboard apple, and a die cut ticket is the perfect place for some journaling.

JJ... since you gave me your opinion of my scrapbooking style on the message board at Practical Scrappers (thank you!!!)... I just had to come visit you...that and I had to see what "barf on paper" is... and while it was funny... it doesn't sound nearly as charming as what your layouts really are!!!! I am really loving on your style totally!!!

by the way, have you heard of Papercraft Star yet? It's a challenge blog I co-founded...and we need talented scrappers/papercrafters like you to join us! Hope to see you there. http://www.papercraftstar.blogspot.com

By the way I'm a follower of yours now too... and I'll forever be thankful for your input about my style! :-)

Oh my, what a striking LO! I love the photos... the way they pop off the page is AWESOME. I love what you did with the lace and brads too. This may well be one of my faves from you. :D

(Btw, even if you think you can't run, you should take up walking. I'm always amazed at how fast the "real" walkers at my workplace walk. I could NEVER keep up at that pace, and I'm sure they burn lots of calories and don't end up feeling old and injured. lol
