A simple card with some scraps from the Ruby Rock-it Bella! Fusion line, just released at CHA.
A couple of dies and punches made this card come together super fast. I used Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots (under the snow flake) and Zap Dots (under the circle) for a bit of lift.
I added "Picket Fence" Distress Stickles for a bit of a wintry snow effect.
