Decidedly Not Camera Shy

Here is another DT layout that I created for Mon Scrapbook with the "Cupid" collection from Pink Paislee. I love the soft colours in this, combined with chocolate brown.

(Yes - you may have seen these photos before. I wanted to scrap them again for my mother, because I knew she would love them. Hi Mom!)

I wanted a different kind of flower for this page, so I made one using some scraps, and one of the "Cupid" brads. The paper was scrunched and rolled to get this look.

I felt the edges needed a little more definition here, and I wanted the look of stitches. Even though I sew, I rarely use the sewing machine on my pages. I find it so much faster to use a pen and doodle stitches on the paper.

Matériaux / Supplies:
papiers / papers - Pink Paislee "Cupid" (Bow & Arrow, Bullseye, Eternal Love, Hearts Bloom, Love Potion, Post Cards)
lettres / alphas - Pink Paislee "Bubblegum Whimsies"
bandes transparentes / clear border stickers - Pink Paislee "Cupid"
décalques / rub-ons - Pink Paislee "Cupid"
attaches parisiennes / brad - Pink Paislee "Cupid"
carton agglomeré / chipboard - American Crafts Thickers "Darling Accents"
glimmer mist - Tattered Angels
encre / ink - Ranger Distress Ink
stylo / marker - Staedtler Triplus Fineliner, Uniball Signo
