Felt Coffee Sleeve - Tattered Angels

For my third textile project, I went with something we’ve probably all got a lot of in our stashes – felt. I know I have quite a bit from when it was so popular a couple years ago, and now I think I can give it a new life in my projects again – it’s so easy to customize with mists!

I made a re-usable coffee sleeve from white felt. I coated the base with Decadence Chalkboard – I figure if I spill coffee, you won’t see it. :)

The decorative felt shapes were painted & misted with Tiger Lily & Sweet Clover Glimmer Mist, and Polka Dot Pink & Apricot Nectar Chalkboard.

Supplies (Tattered Angels):
Chalkboard mist - Decadence, Polka Dot Pink & Apricot Nectar
Glimmer Mist - Tiger Lily & Sweet Clover

Other supplies:
felt - Fancy Pants (shapes), $ store (background)

Hi JJ, found your blog through BFS and really liked it. These "sleeves" are so cool. They'd make great presents.

I had no idea when I saw this the other day that you'd coloured the felt yourself- doubly impressive, I love it! :)
